Registration Documents

Registration should only be completed if/once you are notified that your child has a slot.

A registration checklist with form links will be sent to individuals when they are notified that your application has been accepted and your child has a slot.

If you qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch or CT HUSKY Health Insurance, please ask for more information and the required forms.

Completed registration packets should be returned to Sarah Guillet in the Griswold Public Schools Central Office. You may print and return in-person, digitally via email to GPSRegistration@griswoldpublicschools.org, or Fax to (860) 376-7631.

The GPS Central Office is located in the middle school building at 211 Slater Avenue, Griswold, CT 06351. Please use the entrance on the north (playground) side of the building, accessible from the one-way loop on Slater Avenue in front of the school’s original facade.
